They can then work with you to help you to repair some of the effects of the wear and tear of life, helping you to return to, and maintain optimum health. Our osteopaths can offer guidance on rehabilitation and exercises you can do to prolong the benefits of the treatment, ergonomic advice and lifestyle tips on how to improve your long-term health.
All our osteopaths are trained in cranial osteopathy, a specialised form of osteopathy; Samantha Carey has a strong interest in cranial osteopathy and paediatric osteopathy; Samantha is currently working towards a post-graduate qualification in Paediatric Osteopathy with the Osteopathic Centre for Children. Cranial osteopathy can be used to assess babies from a very early age using extremely gentle techniques. Treatment can address any areas of strain or tension that are detected, working gently to release them.
